Captain Tsubasa ( キャプテン翼)
Captain Tsubasa is a soccer spokon manga written and drawn by Yōichi Takahashi in 1981. The comic strip tells the story of Tsubasa Ozora, a Japanese soccer star who, after growing up in the school Nankatsu, leaves Japan at age 15 to venture into Brazilian soccer and later becomes a professional first in Brazil and then in Europe. Captain Tsubasa helped popularize soccer in Japan.
